Nourish Core Terms and Privacy Notice
The terms for the Nourish Core monthly meal-planning subscription and how information connected with it is handled. The general Scope, Privacy & Terms page also applies.
Nourish Core Terms of Service

These terms apply when you subscribe to Nourish Core from Flourish with Denise ("Flourish," "we," or "us"). By subscribing, you agree to these terms, the general Terms of Service and the Scope of Practice.
The service
Nourish Core is a nonmedical nutrition education and meal-planning subscription. It includes Nourish Lite calorie and macro estimates with education, a weekly seven-day meal plan, a weekly grocery list, complete recipes with substitutions, a brief weekly check-in and appropriate adjustments to the next week's plan.
Nourish Core does not include weekly calls, unlimited messaging, medical nutrition therapy, diagnosis, treatment, therapeutic or disease-specific diets, or exercise programming. It does not replace care from your physician, registered dietitian or other healthcare professional.
Eligibility
Nourish Core is for adults 18 or older. Every intake includes a safety screen and is reviewed by Denise before any plan is prepared. If an answer shows Nourish Core is not an appropriate fit, no plan is prepared, we cancel your subscription and refund your first payment in full, and we may recommend appropriate professional follow-up.
Billing
Price. The founding rate is $97 per month and is limited to the first five members. Founding members keep the $97 rate for as long as they remain continuously subscribed; if a founding member cancels and later rejoins, the rate in effect at that time applies. The standard rate for new members after the five founding spots are filled is $127 per month. Your rate is shown at checkout. In the exceptional case that a rate must change, we will email you at least 30 days before the new rate applies.
Recurring charges. You are charged at checkout and then monthly on the same date until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe. Flourish never sees or stores your full card number.
Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe emails you and retries automatically. Weekly plans pause while a payment is past due and resume once it succeeds. If the payment cannot be collected after the retries, the subscription ends.
Intake and delivery
After checkout, we email you a personal intake link. Please complete your intake within 14 calendar days. Your first plan is delivered by email within 3 business days of a complete, eligible intake. The delivery window starts once your intake is complete, not at checkout, and it pauses any time we need to reach out for clarification or review.
After that, a new seven-day plan follows each week once your check-in is received and reviewed. Each plan email includes your check-in link.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from the billing portal link included in every Nourish Core email, or by writing to info@flourishwithdenise.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month. You will not be charged again, and your weekly plans continue through the end of the month you have paid for. Pausing a subscription is not available at this time.
Refunds
We cancel your subscription and refund your first payment in full if you are not eligible based on your intake, if you subscribe more than once by mistake, if we are unable to deliver your first plan, or if your completed intake does not reach us within 14 days of checkout. Monthly payments after your first plan has been delivered are not refundable, and there are no partial-month refunds. Refunds are issued to your original payment method; your bank or card provider sets how long it takes to post.
Errors
If there is a calculation, document or delivery error on our end, we correct it at no charge.
Your responsibilities
Answer the intake and check-ins completely and accurately, tell us about changes in your health through the weekly check-in, and check the labels of the packaged foods you buy against your allergies and intolerances. Recipe screening is based on typical ingredients and cannot guarantee that a product you select is free from an allergen or cross-contact. Stop following a plan and contact your healthcare professional if you develop symptoms that concern you. The intake, check-in and email are not monitored for emergencies; call 911 or your local emergency number.
Changes and contact

Nourish Core Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Flourish handles information connected with Nourish Core. It is not a HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.
Information we collect
- Contact and order: name, email, order number, subscription and payment status. Stripe processes payments; Flourish does not receive your full card number.
- Wellness and planning: age, sex assigned at birth, height, weight, activity, goals, schedule, kitchen equipment, food preferences, allergies, intolerances, medications and supplements, safety-screen answers and your food record.
- Weekly check-ins: how the week went, meals that worked or didn't, hunger, energy, cravings, digestion, optional weight and any health changes you report.
- Service records: eligibility decisions, approved targets, delivered plans, emails and billing events.
How we use it
To confirm payment and send your intake link, review eligibility and safety, calculate and approve your targets, prepare, quality-check and deliver your weekly plans, adjust plans from your check-ins, administer billing, cancellations and refunds, keep required records and protect the service.
Where it is kept and who sees it
Your intake, check-ins and plans are kept in Flourish's Google Workspace account and are accessed only by Denise. Stripe receives only your name, email and payment details needed for billing; no health information is sent to Stripe or to our email-marketing provider. Plans are built by rules-based automation in Google Workspace and reviewed by Denise; your identifiable information is not sent to a general-purpose artificial intelligence tool to create your plan. We do not sell your information or use it for targeted advertising.
We may share information when you ask us to, when required by law, or when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud or protect someone's safety.
By subscribing, you agree to receive service emails at the address you provide: your intake link, weekly plans, check-in links and billing notices. Email can be forwarded or accessed on an unsecured device, so use a private email account. You will not be added to marketing emails unless you choose to subscribe separately.
Retention and your choices
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the service, records, billing, tax and legal purposes. You may ask to access or correct your information, or ask for deletion where available, by emailing denise@flourishwithdenise.com with the subject "Nourish Core Privacy Request." We may need to verify your identity, and some records must be kept for legal or payment purposes.
Children
Nourish Core is offered only to adults 18 or older.
