What Flourish with Denise Offers

Denise Glenn is a Registered Nurse and Certified Health and Nutrition Coach. In her coaching practice, she provides:

• Evidence-informed nutrition education and personalized nutritional guidance
• Lifestyle coaching, including guidance on habits, sleep hygiene, stress management strategies, and physical activity
• Health education in the areas of nutrition, metabolism, weight management, and integrative wellness
• Goal-setting, accountability support, and behavior change coaching
• Educational information about GLP-1 medications and lifestyle practices that may support their use

What Flourish with Denise Does Not Offer

• Medical diagnosis of any condition
• Medical treatment or clinical management of any disease or health condition
• Prescription or recommendation of medications or supplements
• Interpretation of lab results, diagnostic tests, or medical records
• Mental health treatment or therapy
• Advice that replaces or contradicts the recommendations of your physician or other treating providers

When to Seek Medical Care

If you have a diagnosed medical condition, are pregnant or postpartum, are managing a chronic illness, or have concerns about your physical or mental health, please consult with a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any nutrition or lifestyle program. Flourish coaching is designed to complement, not replace, your relationship with your medical team.

Registered Nurse Context

While Denise holds an active Registered Nurse license, her work at Flourish with Denise is conducted in her capacity as a health and nutrition coach, not as a clinical nurse or healthcare provider. The nursing scope of practice rules and patient-provider relationship standards that govern clinical nursing do not apply to this coaching context.

Flourish with Denise ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who visit this website and purchase our services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Contact information (name and email address) when you subscribe to our newsletter or contact us
• Purchase and billing information when you purchase Nourish Lite through our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your payment card details directly.
• Health and lifestyle information you voluntarily provide through our intake forms for coaching services. This information is used solely to provide your requested services.
• Booking information when you schedule a session through our booking platform (Carepatron)

We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit our site, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. This information is collected through standard web analytics tools and is used only in aggregate to understand site traffic and improve the user experience.

How We Use Your Information

• To communicate with you about your order, session, or inquiry
• To send you email communications you have opted into, such as our newsletter. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Email Marketing

We use MailerLite to manage our newsletter. If you subscribe, your email address will be stored in MailerLite. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every newsletter.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may collect or process your information according to their own privacy policies:

• Stripe (payment processing for Nourish Lite)
• Carepatron (session booking and client records for coaching services)
• MailerLite (email marketing)
• Google (analytics and, for coaching clients, Google Workspace tools used in service delivery under a Business Associate Agreement)
• Netlify (website hosting)

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with our legal obligations. Email subscriber information is retained until you unsubscribe. Coaching client records are retained in accordance with applicable professional standards.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Flourish with Denise website and services. By using this site or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

Flourish with Denise offers nutrition and lifestyle coaching, health education resources, and related services as described on this website. Services are provided for educational and informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Purchases

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms associated with that specific product or service, including any delivery, billing, cancellation, and refund policies stated at the time of purchase.

Nourish Lite ($27) is a one-time digital educational product delivered by email after intake review, calculation, and quality checks. If you have a question or issue, contact us at info@flourishwithdenise.com.

Delivery. Your Nourish Lite results are delivered within 3 business days of a complete, eligible intake. The delivery window starts once your intake is complete, not at the time of purchase, and it pauses any time we need to reach out for clarification or manual review.

Intake deadline. Complete your short Nourish Lite intake within 14 calendar days of purchase. We'll send a couple of reminders if we haven't heard from you.

Full refunds. You'll receive a full refund if you're not eligible for Nourish Lite based on your intake, if you purchase more than once, if we're unable to deliver your results, or if your completed intake doesn't reach us within 14 days of purchase.

After delivery. Once your Nourish Lite PDF has been delivered, the purchase is final. Because you've received the full deliverable, we're not able to offer a refund for a change of mind after delivery.

Errors. If there's a calculation, document, or delivery error on our end, we'll correct it at no charge. This isn't a resubmission or recalculation service for changes in your weight, goals, or circumstances after delivery. It's specifically for fixing our mistakes.

Refund method. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider sets how long it takes to post, so we're not able to guarantee an exact refund date.

Marketing emails. Marketing emails are optional and separate from your purchase. You receive them only if you choose to at checkout, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Nourish Core Membership

Nourish Core is a monthly membership that includes Nourish Lite estimates and education, a weekly seven-day meal plan, grocery list, complete recipes and substitutions, and a brief weekly check-in with appropriate adjustments. It does not include weekly calls, unlimited messaging, medical nutrition therapy, therapeutic diets, or exercise programming.

Membership is billed monthly through Stripe until canceled. Eligibility and target approval are required before a plan is prepared. Complete Nourish Core terms, including delivery, cancellation, failed-payment, and refund details, are available in the Nourish Core Terms and Privacy Notice.

Flourish Start sessions ($97) will be booking-based. Booking is not open yet. Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be published before booking opens.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in our products, including written content, graphics, educational materials, and the Flourish Method framework, is the property of Flourish with Denise and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Disclaimer

The information and services provided through Flourish with Denise are for educational and informational purposes only. Results vary by individual. We make no guarantees about specific health outcomes. Information on this site does not constitute medical advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Flourish with Denise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services.
